How to Reconstitute Peptides β Step by Step
All peptides from Steroid Warehouse are supplied as lyophilised (freeze-dried) white powder. They require reconstitution with bacteriostatic water before injection. Never use plain sterile water for multi-dose vials β bacteriostatic water contains 0.9% benzyl alcohol which prevents bacterial contamination and keeps reconstituted peptide stable for 28β30 days refrigerated.
- Gather: peptide vial, bacteriostatic water vial, two insulin syringes (1 ml, 29β31G), two alcohol swabs
- Wipe both stoppers with alcohol swabs β let dry 30 seconds before puncturing
- Draw bacteriostatic water into syringe β use the volume from the calculator above
- Inject water along the vial wall β aim at the glass, not onto the powder cake directly
- Do not shake β swirl gently until fully dissolved. Solution must be clear, no particles
- Refrigerate at 2β8Β°C β stable for 28β30 days. Keep away from light
- To dose: draw the units shown in the calculator using a fresh insulin syringe and inject subcutaneously
Why water volume matters: adding 1 ml to a 5 mg vial gives 5 mg/ml β very concentrated, tiny volumes per dose that are hard to measure. Adding 2.5 ml gives 2 mg/ml β larger, easier-to-read volumes. For doses under 300 mcg, use 2.5β3 ml per 5 mg vial for easier accuracy.

Injection Sites and Technique
- Best sites: abdomen (2 inches from navel), outer thigh, outer upper arm β pinch skin, 45Β° angle, inject slowly
- Rotate sites: never inject the same spot repeatedly β prevents tissue irritation
