Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are determined by the location (store) from which your products ship:

Cumulative Shipping Policy
Shipping fees are cumulative — if your order contains products from different brands, product lines or fulfillment locations, separate shipments will be required and fees will be added together.

Domestic Shipping — United States
- Delivery time: 3–7 business days depending on your location and fulfillment store
- Cost: $35 per domestic shipment
- Tracking: included with every order
- Carrier: USPS or equivalent domestic carrier
International Shipping
- Delivery time: 7–21 business days depending on destination, customs processing and local postal services
- Cost: $45 per international shipment
- Tracking: included with every order
- Customs: you are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import fees applicable in your country
Discreet Packaging
All orders — domestic and international — are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no reference to SteroidWarehouse or product contents on the outside of the parcel. Your privacy is protected at every stage of the shipping process.
Restricted Countries
We are currently unable to ship to the following countries due to regulatory restrictions:
- China
- Hong Kong
- Taiwan
- Israel
- Switzerland
- Morocco
Additional restrictions may apply depending on specific products and fulfillment store. If your country is not listed above but your order cannot be processed, our support team will notify you at checkout or after order placement.
Returns Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority. If there is an issue with your order — damaged items, incorrect products or shipping errors — please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery with supporting evidence (photos of damage, incorrect item received).
- Damaged or incorrect items: replacement or refund at our discretion with supporting evidence
- Opened or used items: not eligible for return — all sales are final once shipped
